We recommend that any members wishing to take part in our classes book in advance. Classes can be booked one week in advance at The Galleon reception or over the phone (0131 446 6066).
Galleon Members can attend classes free of charge; non-members also welcome for a charge of £5 on a first come, first served basis, depending on availability.
Only members can book classes. Any non-members or corporate members can turn up on the day of the class and pay per class if there are spaces.

|Boxercise||Based around traditional boxing workouts, this class is a fun and exciting way to get fit. With a mixture of pPad work, skipping, shadow boxing and shuttle runs, this class will target endurance, speed and co-ordination and is suitable for all abilities.|
|Circuits and HIIT Circuits||A high intensity workout using different exercises with differing time intervals and rest periods. Suitable for all levels.|
|HIIT Spin||Cycling based interval session alternating short periods of intense exercise with recovery both on and off the bike.|
|Pilates||Align, stabilise, and challenge the deep core muscles for a healthier back, using safe-spine training principles. Mixed level class, not suitable for complete beginners. If you are a beginner please contact reception for more information on accessing Pilates at Galleon.|
|Spin Blast||A 30-minute high intensity, indoor cycling workout to burn calories and keep burning after you finish.|
|Spinning||A fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that guarantees to leave you on a high and wanting more.|
|Stretch Release||A class that aids posture, mobility, and prevention of injury.|
|Team Hatton Boxing Fitness||A boxing fitness class designed to assist weight loss, increase muscle tone and fitness levels by performing traditional boxing drills.|
|Yoga||Linking movement with breath to make more space and openness in the body and cultivate a feeling of calm in the mind. A playful class inspired by freedom of movement that focuses on building strength and flexibility. Open to all levels and abilities.|
Classes such as Football, Swimming, Taekwondo, Dancing and Judo are run by third parties using Galleon facilities.
