On Thursday 7 December the second edition of the annual House event, Watson's Got Talent took place. This competition is an opportunity for members of S1 and S2 to express their creativity and show off amazing talents to their peers.
Each of the four houses at Watson's (Cockburn Greyfriars, Melville Ogilvie, Lauriston and Preston Falconhall) chose multiple talented young pupils to perform in front of a large audience of pupils and teachers.
This year's acts ranged from piano playing and singing to comedy and even a Donald Trump impression. One pupil in S2 even wrote and performed a three-page long rap! Not only did the pupils perform in front of their peers, they also performed in front of a large judging panel made up of teachers. Every pupil who took part brought something different to the table with their unique talent. Preston Falconhall were overall winners. Congratulations to all the pupils who were brave enough to get up and perform to their peers. It certainly made for a very enjoyable afternoon.
