Watson’s Reach Quarter-finals

Boy carrying rugby ballWatson’s decisive 29–11 win at the weekend over Dollar Academy has taken the U18 team into the last eight of the Brewin Dolphin Scottish Schools U18 Cup.

The match was won in the first 20 minutes, by which time the boys had gained a 17–0 advantage. During the match, prop Chris Scott (S6) scored three tries, while Malcolm Peacock and Scott McKean (both S6) crossed the line once each. Stand-off Scott Mullins (S6) kicked two conversions.

We now face a trip to play either Robert Gordon's College or Bell-Baxter High School in the quarter-finals.

Our U15 team will face Robert Gordon’s College in the quarter-finals of the U15 cup.
