Pupil holding medal at Scottish Rowing Championships

Watson's pupils celebrated some top performances at this year's British Rowing Championships.

The three day event saw crews from S2 to S6 compete against over 1,500 competitors from across the UK and Gibraltar.

Rory Mainland (S3) won the J14 single scull and placed 5th in J15 double sculls with Lachlan White (S3).

Anna Buchanan (S4) won silver in WJ15 single scull and has been selected to represent Scotland for the both the girls' doubles and the girls' quad at Home International Regatta this weekend. 

Fergus Mainland and Euan Dickerson (both S6) won the 'B' final (7th overall) in a composite crew with George Heriot's of J18 coxless fours. This crew will also race at the Home International Regatta, representing Scotland, this weekend.

Euan and Ruairi Potter (S5) placed 8th in the J18 double sculls.

Fergus, Euan and Hannah Watson (all S6) have been named to represent Scotland. Hannah will cox the Junior Men's 8 and Fergus and Euan will row in the Junior Men's coxless four.
