Successful Weekend for Pipe Band in Preparation for the Worlds

The pipe band with some of the trophies that they won this weekendThe pipe band has had a very successful weekend winning 14 trophies on Saturday ‚Äčand Sunday.

The majority were won at the Branch Championships held in sunny North Berwick on Saturday 9 August.

The juvenile band won the Grade 2 confined event and was placed second in the Juvenile grade. The novice band was placed second in the Grade 4 MSR and third in the Novice confined event. The Juvenile and Novice drum corps were on top form winning every event they entered!

On Sunday the Juvenile band travelled to Perth and they were placed second in Grade 3.

Both bands travel to Glasgow today (Wednesday) to prepare for the World Championships which take place on Saturday 16 August.
