Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools visit Watson's

Senior School building with Cherry Blossom in bloom In February George Watson’s College was visited by three Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools who conducted a Quality Improvement Through Professional Engagement inspection. This was not a full-blown inspection but an opportunity for the inspectorate to ensure that George Watson's College has effective and successful procedures in place to enhance and improve the quality of our education provision.

Gareth Edwards, Principal said, “We are delighted that our visitors were much impressed by Watson's, most importantly by the people that populate the School. We were complimented on very many aspects of our work and we have received a professional and considered view endorsing that we know our School and we know how to develop it.

"Of particular note is the recognition of the quality of the relationships around the School between staff and pupils, which pupils were keen to emphasize
alongside their appreciation of the teaching and learning experience they have at Watson’s.”
