girl playing hockeyLast season was a remarkable one for Watson’s hockey players when our U18 boys and girls won all national and district schools’ competitions. This year the girls’ have made a great start. The 1st XI travelled to Robert Gordon's College in Aberdeen last week to take part in the annual Countesswells Tournament.

Facing teams from Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow, they remained undefeated in all games, resulting in the team retaining the trophy for the third year running. Our team captain, Alex Wilson (S6), also received the ‘Player of the Tournament’ award.
