Katrina Lindsay (Class of 85) completed a highly successful run of drama awards with the Tony Award for outstanding costume design for the current Broadway production of Les Liaisons Dangereuses.

This award, presented at a gala evening held at the Radio City Music Hall, New York on Sunday evening, completed her hat-trick, having won awards in May from the Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle committees, both of whom are regarded as Broadway’s senior critics.

Currently her costumes can be seen in Cabaret on the West End stage. When Katrina returns from Broadway she will be working at Stratford Upon Avon on Aristo for the Royal Shakespeare Company.

While she was at Watson’s, her artistic and drama talents were encouraged by her Art Teacher, Mr Gill, her English Teacher, Mrs Fyfe, and the late Mr Quinn, who directed her in drama productions.
