This announcement follows hot on the heels of Grace’s superb performance in her first European Swimming Championships in Budapest at the weekend when she impressed with a fourth place in the 3m individual competing against some of the best divers in Europe.

Yet it is back to training for Grace as she is competing in the Junior World Championships next week in Arizona. However Grace takes it all in her stride, and at 14 years old makes the 300 mile round trip to Leeds to train several times a month.

Grace will be joined in the squad for her trip to India, by hockey player, Miss Linda Clement, a member of our PE staff, who has also been chosen and who gained her 150th cap in the sport during the summer holidays.
