Candidates Face First-Time Voters At Youth Hustings

Candidates for Edinburgh South taking questions from school pupils.On the afternoon of Tuesday 19 April the School held a Youth Hustings event for the forthcoming Scottish Parliament election, involving candidates Jim Eadie (SNP), Miles Briggs (Conservative), Daniel Johnson (Labour), Pramod Subbaraman (Liberal Democrat), and Alison Johnstone (Green).

The candidates faced some of their most discerning first-time voters as pupils from Boroughmuir and Watson's asked carefully researched and considered questions about the Future of Key Public Services, Education, Constitutional Change, the Economy, and Use of New Powers.
