14 Medals for our Pupils in Scottish Swim Championships

Saltire flag flying against a blue cloudy skyBrodies’ Scottish Schools’ Swimming Championships took place at the Tollcross International Swim Centre in Glasgow on Saturday.

It was another very successful competition for Watson’s swimmers who came home with 14 medals, beating many personal bests in the process.

Jamie Littlefield (P7) – U12 Boys’ 50m Breaststroke

Kimberley MacKay (S6) – Girls’ 17–18 100m Freestyle
Libby Simpson (S2) – Girls’ 13–14 200m Butterfly
Lucy Trotter (P7) – U12 Girls’ 50m Breaststroke
U12 Freestyle Relay Boys – Jack McGill, Jamie Littlefield, Angus Raitt (all P7) and Jack Brown (P6)
U12 Freestyle Relay Girls – Lucy Trotter, Kiera Rennie, Emily Tucker and Cara Scott (all P7)

Libby Simpson (S2) – Girls’ 13–14 100m Breaststroke
Kiera Rennie (P7) – U12 Girls’ 50m Freestyle
