Applications for the above posts are invited from motivated, enthusiastic individuals wishing to work in a play and development setting providing after school care to children from P1 – P7. During school holidays this post becomes a full-time post, working as part of our Holiday Club team.
You will have SVQ Level 3 Social Services (Children and Young People) or an equivalent level child care qualification, or be actively studying towards this, and will be eligible for SSSC registration. Consideration may also be given to those without the qualification willing to study on a self-funded basis. An interest free loan may be given to assist with tuition fees.
Hours of work are between 2.30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday during term time and minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday during school holidays. The salary range for this post is based on the full time equivalent of £16,659 - £20,741 per annum (£8.84 p/h – £11 p/h) and is dependent on experience and qualification. In addition, we offer a contributory pension scheme, seven weeks’ annual leave, free gym membership and discounted school fees.
