Camp Leader Biography
Charlotte Peak has over 20 years’ experience working with young people across Scotland, in both the independent and state education sectors, having held roles in teaching as well as academic and pastoral leadership.  Charlotte has worked with young people from the Central Belt to remote island communities, and has developed a deep understanding of the barriers young people often face when preparing for exams. In many cases, these challenges are not due to a lack of ability or motivation, but rather an uncertainty about how to revise effectively or which strategies work best for them.

Chalotte now works as a study skills specialist, supporting students from National 5 and GCSE through to university level as well as one-to-one coaching and small group programmes. Charlotte's approach focuses on helping learners develop practical, evidence-informed strategies that improve focus, memory, and exam preparation.

Charlotte is particularly committed to supporting neurodiverse learners, helping young people understand how they learn best and how to build study routines that are effective, targeted and sustainable. Her aim is to equip students with the skills and confidence they need to approach their studies with greater independence and success.
