Art - P6 to S3

Theme: Looking at our Local Landscape

The course will be both exploratory and a refinement of skill, adding a new technique each day. Taking inspiration from artists such as David Hockney, Claude Monet and Joan Eardly, pupils will work with a range of materials including; printing ink, recycled materials, graphite, acrylic, and clay. Pupils will be encouraged to build their creative confidence, while learning new techniques in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture, culminating in a mini exhibition of the work they created over the week.
