Open Events

We look forward to welcoming families to George Watson's College throughout the year. These events offer an opportunity to meet our passionate teachers, engage in activities, and experience what life at Watson's is all about. Personal tours are also available for the opportunity to see our school, hear from pupils and meet our leadership team.

Open Morning (Preschool-S6)

Saturday 3 October 2026 - 10am - 12.30pm

Take a guided tour or explore our campus at your leisure, meet our teachers and pupils, and discover the many opportunities on offer. With a variety of activities taking place throughout the morning, you will have the chance to see our school in action, get to know our community and experience Watson’s for yourself.

junior School Taster Afternoon

 

Junior School Taster (P4-P7)

Friday 6 November 2026 - From 1.50pm

Participating in an afternoon of engaging activities, children will enjoy a hands‑on introduction to life in our Junior School. Parents will have the opportunity to tour our campus and meet our Principal and Head of Junior School - designed for families considering Watson's for August 2027.

Senior School Taster (S1-S3)

Friday 20 November 2026 - From 1.50pm

Children will choose from a selection of subject based activities whilst parents have the opportunity to tour Senior School and hear from our Principal and Head of Senior School - designed for families considering Watson's for August 2027.
