Marketing and Communications Manager

Salary £35,955 - £38,255: Hours 36.25 per week, 52 weeks per year: 35 days’ annual leave

This is a very exciting time to be joining Watson’s as we reshape our Admissions, Marketing and Communications functions. In this new role as Marketing and Communications Manager, you will work with the Head, members of the team, and colleagues to develop the School’s marketing, communications and design services.

As the School’s lead marketer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, managing and delivering highly effective marketing campaigns that yield growth across all our revenue generating activities, including pupil recruitment
  • Successfully delivering the new website project
  • Leading the marketing and communications team - which consists of two specialists and external providers - your role will be to increase awareness and engagement across the brand and services internally and support growth in revenue externally.

This is a full time, year round post with the requirement for some evening and weekend work, as well as being on call as necessary. Flexibility is therefore required.
