IT Service Support Engineer

George Watson’s College wishes to appoint an IT Service Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to GWC Staff and Pupils via email, phone and face-to-face, providing prompt and professional service by taking responsibility for each reported issue and escalating when necessary. The position is full-time on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

Hours of work will be 38.75 hours  per week.  The annual leave entitlement is seven weeks per year.  The salary for this position will be in the Grade 3 range which currently stands at £25,500 - £30,200 (based on 36.25 hours per week).
