The Pavilion at Myresisde
The new contemporary Pavilion at Myreside includes an event space for up to 120 people, a café serving locally sourced and homemade dishes and a public bar that is open at weekends.
Preschool
Our stunning Preschool classrooms are bright, flexible, collaborative places to learn with outdoor spaces that promote exploration and discovery.
Lower Primary
Our purpose-built Lower Primary for our Primary 1 to Primary 3 pupils is a safe, comfortable yet vibrant place with indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage both independence and constructive play.
Junior School Dining Hall
As well as being a lunch venue for our Preschool to Primary 6 pupils, our Junior School Dining Hall also hosts our Breakfast Club and After School Club Wraparound Care.
New Myreside House
A dedicated practice space with classrooms for our award-winning Pipes and Drums.
Upper Primary
Our John Martin Building hosts our Primary 4 to Primary 7 pupils and includes bright, spacious classrooms, collaborative spaces as well as a raft of new facilities. Playtime is fun with a large, dedicated playground with adventure equipment as well as calm, quieter spaces.
Project 810 Hub
Our Project 810 base provides a space for our pupils to explore opportunities for new skills and understanding to ensure they have a positive impact on the wider community.
Art
An attractive exhibition gallery lies at the centre of our Art School which also has dedicated areas for pottery, sculpture, textiles, painting and photography.
Design Technology and Engineering
One of Scotland’s leading school facilities, our pupils are able to access specialist equipment such as a 3D printer, fabrication technology, metalwork or woodwork, as well as specialist design software.
Music
The Music School with its distinctive roofed auditorium and both classrooms and individual rooms for one-to-one tuition is a wonderful venue for all kinds of music learning and performance.

Thrift Shop
The Thrift Shop sells a range of second hand uniform and is open every Monday during the school term and the first Saturday of the month.
Senior School
In the original school building, you will find spacious classrooms, laboratories, S6 common room, study centre and our impressive Senior School Assembly Hall with its 1,000 seat capacity.
Craiglockhart Pitches
Dedicated cricket pitches.
Myreside Playing Fields
Our Myreside Playing Fields host both Rugby and Cricket.
Grandstand Pitch
Our Grandstand pitch at Myreside hosts both school and Watsonian rugby games as well as our school Sports Days with seating for up to 1,500 spectators.
Centre for Sport
Our Centre for Sport boasts four sports halls, a fitness suite with cardio and resistance training equipment and a 23.5-metre swimming pool.
Tennis Courts
All-weather tennis courts host both tennis and hockey as well as proving a great space for our Junior School pupils to play football at lunchtime.
Hockey Pitches
Our all-weather hockey pitches can also host tennis and football.
Boat House
We offer our Senior School pupils the opportunity to row with indoor training facilities and access to the canal for on-water training.
Squash Courts
Senior School pupils have the opportunity to play squash as part of our games provision and as an extra-curricular activity.
