Overlooking the Myreside playing fields at the western end of the campus our Myreside Pavilion provides a social hub for members of the Watson's community.
Myreside exists to promote recreational, sporting and social activities among its membership, which includes former pupils, parents and staff.
The focal point for Watsonian sports sections, Myreside also acts as a venue for business lunches, day conferences, exhibitions, parties and special occasion dinners.
With fantastic views over our playing fields to Corstorphine Hill to the north, it provides a wonderful setting for a relaxing get-together with friends and colleagues.

Our bar provides a venue for all members to socialise in a relaxed setting. We review our hours of opening weekly and can increase them on occasion, depending on the activities taking place in a particular week. We are also open for bar lunches on the last Thursday of every month. Bar lunches are also available EVERY Saturday.
Members and their guests should be aware of the new Challenge 25 law. All those who are under 25, or appear under 25, must show their ID (passport, photo driving license, Pass card) before they can be served in any licensed premise.
Bar hours may change if fixtures alter or are weather affected.

Membership is free for anyone in the following categories:
House membership is available for people who are proposed and seconded by members of the Club
Standard subscription is £15 per annum (£5 for students / U21 / Over 65).
Associate Membership is available for anyone under the age of 18 and who is either: in S6 at Watson's; an FP of the School; a member of staff; or a child of a member.

Our function service caters for diverse events. Myreside specialises in fabulous food and a superb customer care ethic. You will be looked after all the way.
We offer our members a unique venue, at discounted prices.
We have function rooms of various sizes and are available for hire. Our service includes hire of the room and the setting up of furniture. Room hire, Day Delegate rates and room layouts are detailed below.
Prices from £15.00 per person
Reservations for licensed functions can only be accepted from Myreside Club members. The member must attend the event and supply a full list of guests.
Conference hire can be quoted on an individual basis.

This is just a sample of our banqueting menu. We also offer hot and cold buffets, children's menus, barbeque menus and a wine list. We can also organise specialised 18th, 21st birthday parties and weddings.
