Classes

Open to members (16 or over) (subject to availability).

We recommend that any members wishing to take part in our classes book in advance. Classes can be booked one week in advance at The Galleon reception or over the phone (0131 446 6066).

Only members can book classes. Any non-members or corporate members can turn up on the day of the class and pay for classes if there are spaces.

Galleon Members can attend classes free of charge; non-members also welcome for a charge of £5 on a first come, first served basis, depending on availability.

Class Descriptions

Body Blast Ultimate Circuit Training.
Body Combat Body Combat is a non-contact, high-energy, martial-inspired workout.
Body Pump Weight training session using bars and weights to promote a lean and toned body.
Boxercise Fat burning workout circuit class using boxing techniques/pads and gloves.
GRIT Build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength.
Meta Fit A high-intensity workout focused on cardio-vascular endurance.
Pilates Align, stabilise, and challenge the deep core muscles for a healthier back, using safe-spine training principles. Mixed level class, not suitable for complete beginners. If you are a beginner please contact reception for more information on accessing Pilates at Galleon.
Spinning A fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that guarantees to leave you on a high and wanting more.
Stretch Release A class that aids posture, mobility, and prevention of injury.
 

Hockey

Hockey classes cancelled due to low numbers.
 

Classes such as Football, Swimming, Taekwondo, Dancing and Judo are run by third parties using Galleon facilities.
