GWC Success in National Calligraphy Competition

S6 pupils were placed in the top three places of the first UK National Calligraphy Competition, organised by the UK Association for the Promotion of Chinese Education, in partnership with the Poem, Calligraphy and Paint Institute.
In the non-native youth soft brush group calligraphy competition, Ruarih Gilmour came joint first, with Rebecca Sparkes from Aylesbury High School. Then Watson’s had a clean sweep of the second and third places, with Ghilly Wright coming second and Calum Craig and Euan Millar joint third.
